Well, yes she was, in the best possible way. We used to run a podcast and I remember being sat next to her at a conference, sharing a microphone, and being instantly enthralled by her passion. But also, I know this can sound trite, she came across as "nice", again in the best possible way. 

Her love for her family was always evident, and she neither hid her struggles nor ignored them. She was always fun, always lovely, always caring, always gobby. And I miss her.
